Court end Kerala Kaumudi case |

KOCHI: The High court today decided to end criminal contempt of court proceedings against Kerala Kaumudi.
On 16 th court took contempt of case against Kerala Kaumudi on the basis of the editorial published in the front page on 18 December 2008l. Earlier Kerala high courts say it is desirable to keep silence on this issue.
After hearing the Advocate General's explanation, the Division Bench said it would take a decision on Monday whether to continue with the case or not against Kerala Kaumudi.
Justices K Balakrishnan Nair and K Surendramohan had earlier called the AG to provide clarification as part of preliminary procedures on the case. |
